I recently saw a show with John Mayer and Ben Folds up in Seattle at the Experience Music Project in Seattle. It was a great show and the two actually complement each other quite well. I was surprised to see that Ben Folds covers some pretty funny songs, including a hip hop song that has some over the top lyrics, but he puts it to sweet, piano style sounds.

Mayer is an amazing guitarist and his songs seemed to go over really well with the crowd. I would highly recommend the venue too. The Experience Music Project is an awesome place because people can see what all art pieces and musical artifacts that Paul Allen spent $millions on. It kind of reminded me of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland
