One of the coolest venues in the Pacific Northwest is the Frank O. Gehry designed "Experience Music Project", which is Paul Allen's "baby". The facility is desinged so that you can look at it from outer space and see what looks like as a "smashed guitar". How architects and designers managed that feat remains a mystery to me. Walking into this venue truly is an "experience". There are guitars and drum sets which allow you to practice your skills and match them against some of the worlds greatest artists.

Paul Allen himself is a huge art fan with unique tastes, and he unveils the mystery of much of his millions of dollars of art buying by displaying them in this facility. A light monorail runs through the complex of the facility allowing visitors to easily get around.

The venue also holds a great place for concerts. There is a perfect "VIP" room up above that allows special guests to have access to food and a bar while they watch the stage down below. The venue would be perfect for audiences up to 1000 and there is even another room that could show high quality audio visual in case of an overflow.
